This native chicken is bred by safe feed and pasturage, without giving stress.


The taste is softly substantial and delicious.

In summer burning with a slate,please have with salt and lemon-soy sauce.
In winter, please use a japanese pan with lemon-soy sauce.

The main dish of supper is Tochigi Japanese beef.

Tochigi beef is the clear Japanese black cattle of blood,the specification production farmhouse is breeding carefully one calf, devotedly in clean environment.

At a national beef cattle competitive show, is the first place.

Please have with salt and lemon-soy sauce.

TOCHIGI Japanese Beef + DATE chicken + NIKKO pork plan

A NIKKOU HIMITSU pig is abundant sunlight naturally, and the stress into which I grew is a little safe pork.
